  • Is there a minimum order size for Wash & Fold?
Our minimum order for Wash & Fold is 10 kilos Php 800, inclusive of delivery fees.
We accept orders under the 10 kilos minimum but those orders will be subject to a fee that reflects the difference. (In other words, you’ll pay a minimum of Php 800 per order, even if the cost of services is less than 10 kilos).

The order minimum is waived if your order includes items in two or more of the following service types: (1) Dry Cleaning, (2) Hand Wash, (3) Leather Cleaning, and (4) Area Rug Cleaning (5) Shoe and Bag Cleaning .

Please note that any itemized pieces including comforters/duvets, bath mats, or kitchen mats included in your Wash & Fold order are washed and dried separately to follow their specific care instructions. The pricing for these items can be here. 

  • How do I schedule my first pick up?
You can schedule your first pickup on our website (www.raspberrylaundry.co), or on you can also text 0917.447.4068

  • What can I expect to happen on my first pick up?
Easy! On the day of your scheduled pickup, a Rider will arrive shortly to your pick up location. Rider will arrived in our plant within an hour after pick up to bring your items for Dry Clean / Launder & Press and Wash & Fold, which will all be tagged with your information. We’ll work to expertly clean your items, and your assigned rider will bring everything back to you on your confirmed delivery date and time.

  • Can I get my Wash & Fold turned around next day?
Next day Wash & Fold is definitely available!
We offer 12-hour turnaround on Wash & Fold for an additional Rush Service fee of doubled the price. You can ensure you receive your Wash & Fold back the next day by submitting a request via text message at 0917.447.4068, or include it in our online form, or by letting us know prior to pick up.

Please note that all items collected before 12PM will be processed same day within 12 hour period for Rush Service. Items collected after 12PM will be processed next day.

  • Can I receive a delivery if I’m not home?
If you are not available during our delivery, you can designate where you would like your order to be left. In addition, while we do offer personless pickup and delivery options, we ask you to consider that our rider has access to a safe place to pick up and deliver your clothes. 

  • How does Raspberry ensure quality?
We take great pride in providing high-quality cleaning for every garment you give us. We have developed several steps in our process to ensure that your clothes always receive the best care.

We rely on our experience:
It takes experience to recognize a great cleaner. Our founders, has over 20 years of experience as a cleaners.

We have quality built into our internal process:
We have several additional processes outside of the cleaning process in place to ensure that your garments are inspected while they are in our care. No item can pass our “quality control” check and be returned to you without our team checking it before delivery.

  • What is your mode of payment?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Kindly make sure you are available to receive your items upon delivery.
We also accept bank transfer, G Cash payment or via credit or debit card.
